Is there a fee for the debit card?
We do not charge a fee for our debit card and it can be used at any Generations Bank, Summit FCU or Finger Lakes FCU ATM without a surcharge.

Do you offer online banking?
Yes we offer online banking with free bill pay

Are the deposit and loan rates posted online?
We do not post our rates on our website, but you can contact any of our offices for the most current rates.

What are your hours?Our lobby service hours are Monday – Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 6pm. Our drive-thru service hours are Monday – Thursday 8am to 5pm, Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 12pm.* Auburn – Seward Ave, Waterloo – North Rd and Seneca Falls offices have both lobby and drive-thru service open Saturdays. Geneva and Farmington offices are drive-thru only on Saturdays. *Waterloo – Washington St, Auburn – Osborne St, Union Springs and Phelps offices are closed on Saturdays.

What is the cost to open a new account?
It depends on the account that you would like to open; most of our personal checking accounts, business checking accounts and our statement savings account do not require a minimum opening deposit.

What should I do if I see an unauthorized debit card transaction on my account?

Is our online banking compatible with Quick Books?
Yes, you can use Quick Books software with our online banking. Once you have logged onto your internet banking please select “Accounts”. Choose what account you would like to link and at the top right please click on the tab “Export”. Choose the intuit format and continue. Please note Quicken is not compatible because it is a different format. You must have Quick Books to be compatible.

How can I purchase a savings bond?
Savings bond applications are no longer offered through financial institutions, but can be purchased electronically at the treasury website (www.treasurydirect.gov).
