Special Fraud Alert

We were notified just recently by a customer that someone contacted them under the guise of completing a survey on the behalf of Generations.  During the survey interview, the customer was asked to provide details of accounts held, personal information and much more.  Generations is NOT surveying customers at this time.  In addition, if we were performing a survey, we would never ask for account information or personal identifiable information.  This is a common “trolling” technique used by unscrupulous individuals to gain your personal information.  If you are contacted by anyone suggesting they are completing a survey on our behalf, please contact us at either info@nullmygenbank.com or at 315-568-5855.  Any information you can provide about the caller would be helpful!
