Two Generations Bank Leaders to be honored at 2015 Financial & Business Executive Awards

Seneca Falls, N.Y. – Two Generations Bank executives will be honored at the 2015 Financial & Business Executive Awards on June 25 at SRC Arena in Syracuse. Generations Bank President and CEO Menzo Case will receive the Good Samaritan Award, and Chief Financial Officer Shelley Tafel will receive the Growth Manager Award. This is the 8th year of the event, presented by Business Journal News Network and BizEventz.

The Good Samaritan award is presented to a “Financial executive or professional excels in the workplace and excels in the community as an active volunteer, serving on a board or in a heightened capacity making a direct impact on that nonprofit’s fundraising, community relationships or programs, etc.”

“It’s a great honor to receive the Good Samaritan award,” said Case. “Being a good corporate citizen is something we take to heart at Generations Bank, and I am thrilled to represent our entire company in accepting this recognition.”

The Growth Manager award goes to “Financial executives who stand out in their efforts to help facilitate a company’s growth on both the top and bottom lines. Works well with other C-Suite executives to devise corporate growth strategies and execute growth initiatives, such as expansion projects, mergers and acquisitions, and other key projects.”

Each honoree will be recognized for their exceptional accomplishments and outstanding performance abilities in their roles as financial and business stewards.
