No, Generations Bank will never contact you via phone or text to request your digital banking sign-on ID, password, full debit or credit card number, PIN, or the 3-digit CVV code on your card. Such requests are likely from scammers attempting to steal your information. Even if it appears to be coming from our number, it’s best to hang up and call us directly at 315-568-5855. 

We do not charge a fee for our debit card and it can be used at any Generations Bank, Summit FCU or Finger Lakes FCU ATM without a surcharge.

Yes, we offer online banking with free bill pay.

Yes, you can use Quick Books software with our online banking. Once you have logged onto your internet banking please select “Accounts”. Choose what account you would like to link and at the top right please click on the tab “Export”. Choose the intuit format and continue. Please note Quicken is not compatible because it is a different format. You must have Quick Books to be compatible.

Savings bond applications are no longer offered through financial institutions, but can be purchased electronically at the treasury website (www.treasurydirect.gov).
