Generations Promotes 5 employees

SENECA FALLS, N.Y. – Generations announces the promotion of five employees, Amy Favata, Shelby Journal, Holly Moran-Arndt, Stephanie Northup, and Joe Scibona.

Generations President & CEO Menzo Case said, “Each of the promoted individuals plays a significant role in Generations’ continued success.  They all exhibit excellent leadership skills, as well as, adaptability to changing customer preferences, driven by technology. We are proud to have people like Amy, Shelby, Holly, Stephanie and Joe on our team!”

Amy Favata was promoted to VP – Controller. Favata joined Generations in 2017, in her role, she manages the Accounting department. She currently resides in Seneca Falls with her fiancé and son.

Shelby Journell was promoted to VP – Consumer Lending. Journell has been with Generations for two years, and oversees the residential mortgage and consumer lending department. Although, originally from Seneca Falls, she currently resides in Waterloo where she raised her three children.

Holly Moran-Arndt from Generations Agency was promoted to AVP – Agency Administrator. Moran-Arndt has been a valued member of Generations Agency for over six years and is known for her skills as an agent, trainer and administrator. She currently resides in Waterloo with her husband.

Stephanie Northup was promoted to AVP – Support Services. Northup has been with Generations Bank for ten years. She started at Generations as a part time Universal Banker and throughout her career worked at almost every Generations office. Originally, she is from Seneca Falls but now resides in Waterloo with her husband and three sons.

Joe Scibona was promoted to VP – Retail Banking. Scibona oversees the operations at all Generations retail offices. He recently joined the Generations team in May of 2018 as AVP – Regional Retail Director. Scibona grew up in Seneca Falls and now resides in Phelps with his wife and daughter.
